Thus, we guarantee you a 14-day return- and exchange right, in case you don't like the item you ordered, that means we exchange the item according to your wishes or return the money. This is only valid, if the goods still are in perfect condition.

Returns & Exchanges

If you are not satisfied with a postershop.co.uk item, you may exchange it or request a refund for the cost of the purchased item(s) within 14 days from the day you received the order. A credit on a charge card purchase will be completed when the item has been returned. Please inform our staff, via e-mail (return@postershop.co.uk), before shipping a return in order to get adequate instructions and authorization. In some cases we will contact UPS and they will fetch the item(s) at your home, your office or whereever you want them to pick the parcel up. Please don't send the item(s) back to us, without informing our staff before! The return postage has to be paid by the customer unless it was our shipping error. (We hope you can understand that we cannot have a 14-day right of exchange and pay for the return transport).
